For a new life with God.
Baptism is the first sacrament that introduces someone into the life of the Risen Jesus. All are invited to participate in this sacrament of faith.
Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit.
– Matthew 28 :19
Baptism for babies and children
For babies: The deacon, Mr François Gilbert, prepares families for the initiation of their children into the Christian life. Please call the parish and leave your name with the deacon who will be happy to contact you.
For children. Depending on their age, childlren are either prepared individually through the parish catechism programs (from the age of 6 and on). If they are younger, then the deacon will prepare them and their families for this wonderful sacrament.
Baptism for adults, young adults
For adults: There is an adult initiation process, called RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults), to prepare them for baptism. Usually the baptism takes place at the pascal celebrations (Easter). For more information, please call the number on this page.
